The main core team that surrounds Don includes:
Hello, I'm Don Schmincke.
For over 35 years, my team and I have consulted and trained executives in North America, South America, Europe, and India. Additionally we've conducted leadership research excursions in South Africa, Japan, Bhutan, Vietnam, South Korea, and North African regions.
Our books have been translated into over 12 languages.
MEET The Founder
When I left academia to research how leaders impact civilization, I was not prepared for the support and response I received. The journey began when entrepreneurs, CEOs, and business owners vented frustrations with the high failure-rates of management theories, experts, and programs. Unaware of their world (I was pursuing the sciences at MIT), it was while teaching at Johns Hopkins University that the ideal laboratory emerged to explore why these failures happen and how to fix them.
I can't thank enough the anthropologists, neurologists, archaeologists, biologists, geneticists, and evolutionary psychologists whose published research and personal support gave me the needed footing to keep climbing.
Now, after working with over 7,000 CEOs, we have validated the protocols for success. Many CEOs find them "delightfully irreverent with blinding flashes beyond popular theories" and were pleased with the unexpected impact on their balance sheets.
I simply love researching, teaching, and challenging status-quo methods. My speeches, workshops, books, and online programs fulfill me in this mission.
I invite you to join our community. It would certainly help us continue the work; and I think you'd find it remarkably refreshing.
